Ms Zhang is currently a special mediator of the Shanghai Pudong District People's Court, a special mediator of the Shanghai Railway Transport Court, a legal advisor to the grassroots organization of the Tang Town of Pudong New Area, a deputy secretary general of the Pudong District Women Lawyers Association, and a special lawyer guest for the Shanghai Jiaotong Law Program. She also participated in the preparation and publication of "Social Practice and Cases of Social Welfare Groups" and "Top 100 Questions and Answers on the Protection of Minors' Rights and Interests".

Ms Zhang has more than 20 years of practice experience; She is proficient in the country's current important laws and regulations, has long been focused on legal and judicial practice, has a solid theoretical foundation and rich work experience. Her rigorous and efficient handling of the case formed a good brand effect and won wide acclaim from all walks of life. She successfully represented many lawsuits with a large number of disputes, complicated legal relationships, and large social influences. Some of the typical cases are the collection of "Peking University Magic" and reported by Shanghai legal media. She served as a legal consultant for a number of large state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises in industrial information, manufacturing and processing, financial leasing, logistics, international trade and other industries. She provides legal advice and suggestions for major business decisions of enterprise customers, drafting, reviewing and modifying the company's contracts and related legal documents which help customers improve legal programs such as human resources management, accept legal affairs such as business investigation services, credit investigations, bankruptcy liquidation, and litigation and arbitration.

As a senior expert, Ms Zhang has repeatedly provided legal advice for the focus of the newspapers such as Wenhui Daily. At the same time, she was enthusiastic about participating in the government's public welfare legal service project and continuously won many honours from the leading personnel of the Pudong District Judicial Bureau from 2014 to 2016.
